R&D Division
We boast an outstanding design and R&D team capable of meeting all customer needs throughout the product development and design phases. Our company employs state-of-the-art 3D CAD software, enabling us to execute over 100 new product developments and precision mold designs each month on average. We have mastered end-to-end core technologies, spanning from structural design to molding processes, and hold more than 300 related patents. We can collaborate with OEMs to conduct simultaneous development of new models, tailor proprietary sealing solutions for diverse operating conditions, and ensure our products are compatible with over 6,000 mainstream engine platforms worldwide.
Production sector
The factory covers an area of 60,000 square meters and is equipped with over 300 sets of advanced production equipment. It has completed a full digital transformation of its workshops and put into operation an intelligent, multi‑level warehouse spanning more than 10,000 square meters. The facility independently handles the entire process chain, including stamping, vulcanization, and laser welding, with an annual output of 100 million automotive engine seals. Its products are exported to over 70 countries and regions worldwide, enabling it to reliably meet both OEM bulk‑supply requirements and diverse specification orders from the aftermarket.
Quality Control Section
We have implemented a comprehensive, end-to-end quality management system and obtained authoritative certifications such as IATF 16949 for the automotive industry and ISO 14001 for environmental management. From random sampling of incoming raw materials to rigorous control of production process parameters, and through thorough testing of finished products for temperature resistance, oil resistance, and sealing performance, every stage is subject to standardized controls and traceable records. We strictly reject any products that fail to meet performance standards, ensuring both high first‑pass yield and long-term operational stability.
